PIA reaches 100 properties and establishes PIA Property Management Advisors to manage its SFR and apartment portfolio.

PIA creates PIA Construction Services bringing all portfolio remodeling in-house.
2018
PIA sells the majority of its SFR portfolio to Cerberus Capital and starts focusing on institutional multifamily investments.
2019
PIA changes its name to PIA Residential and acquires its first institutional multifamily property.
2022
PIA launches PIA Residential Fund I and acquires its fifth institutional multifamily property.
2000
