Ms. Eschert is based in New York and is responsible for the firm’s capital formation strategy and investor relations effort.  Ms. Eschert has over 30 years of experience across commercial real estate and hedge fund capital raising and investor relations, along with quantitative and fundamental analysis and portfolio management, having raised over $500 million globally.

Prior to joining PIA Residential, Ms. Eschert was Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets at Iconic Equities Group, Managing Director, Capital Raising and Investor Relations at Gamma Real Estate, Director, Business Development at Sandell Asset Management, and Vice President, Marketing and Investor Relations, at Solus Alternative Asset Management.

Ms. Eschert holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University.  She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
