Alexander (AJ) is responsible for the firm’s investment strategy and oversight of acquisitions, dispositions and strategic growth of the firm. Mr. Rose has over 20 years of experience and has spearheaded the investment of over $3 billion of multifamily real estate assets. In his role, Mr. Rose is involved in the debt and equity raise for each PIA Residential transaction, as well as structuring long-term programmatic capital partnerships for PIA’s investment platform. Prior to joining PIA Residential, AJ was the Chief Investment Officer of One Real Estate Investment, a Miami-based real estate private equity multifamily investment firm. Additionally, AJ was Head of Acquisitions for Capitas, an investment firm headquartered in Dubai and backed by the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia. Prior to that AJ was with Jones Lang LaSalle on their global capital markets team advising Fortune 500 companies, global institutions and governments on real estate investing in the US and Middle East. Mr. Rose has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
