Mr. Saiz is responsible for the performance analysis of PIA Residential’s portfolio through the development of KPIs Dashboards to control and drive asset value. Mr. Saiz has over 20 years of experience in financial management, as well as 10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainable development project management. Prior to joining PIA Residential, Mr. Saiz has worked as a Management Consultant in the Insurance, Legal Services, and Hotel industries. Mr. Saiz was recently CFO of the Bavaria Foundation (an ABInBev company) where he managed its investments through various real estate investment portfolios, developing and implementing KPIs for the Foundation’s projects. Mr. Saiz has a bachelor’s in business administration from Colegio de Estudios Superiores en Administración (Bogota, Colombia) and an MBA from The George Washington School of Business.
