Pablo Gottret

Mr. Gottret is responsible for optimizing all aspects of portfolio performance, driving bottom line cash flow, and executing business plans for PIA’s expanding multifamily portfolio. Mr. Gottret has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a background spanning private equity, debt, and investment sales in the multifamily sector. Prior to joining PIA Residential, he was AVP of Asset Management at Middleburg Communities, where he managed the performance of a 2,000-unit multifamily and single-family rental portfolio in Florida and South Carolina. Previously, he served as an Asset Manager at Wells Fargo, overseeing risk management and compliance for a $1.5 billion portfolio of CMBS securitizations and Freddie Mac multifamily loans. Earlier in his career, he spent five years with Walker & Dunlop, contributing to both the Asset Management team and the Multifamily Investment Sales group. In his most recent role there, he was part of the Boston multifamily team, which completed over $700 million in sales volume during his tenure. Mr. Gottret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business, with a minor in French, from the University of Maryland.
