Mr. Lodes is responsible for the firm’s capital markets effort. This includes sourcing new equity partners for PIA’s multiple investment vehicle. Those relationships include high net worth individuals, Registered Investment Advisors, Family Offices, and Institution firms. Ryan has over 30 years in finance and investment related fields with in the industry, having raised over $3B investor dollars for real estate related investment opportunities, including equity, credit and debt. Mr. Lodes has previously represented a number of sponsor firms specializing in all aspects and verticals of the real estate space as EVP, Managing Directo and Partner. Mr. Lodes attended California State University, Fullerton with specialization in Finance.
